Terms & Conditions:

**A non-refundable retainer of 50% (1/2) is required at booking.**

The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to the session.

*SESSIONS BOOKED LESS THAN 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE REQUIRE AN ADDITIONAL $25 FEE AND ARE ALSO SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.*

• All payments will require 9% Louisiana sales tax and any local/parish tax).
• Payments can be made by cash, check, credit card (MasterCard, Visa and Discover are accepted), or PayPal.
• PYP offers payment plans. (A signed contract and initial deposit are required).

**All payments made toward the payment plan are non-refundable.**     Please contact PYP to request a payment plan.

• PYP reserves the right to delay completion of the work until the balance is paid in full.  PYP also reserves the right to decline a payment plan request.
• Order processing time, including editing, ordering and shipping, takes 2-4 weeks.
• RUSH DELIVERY may be available for an additional fee. If interested, please notify the photographer prior to booking.
• Additional fees may apply if photographer is required to travel more than 45 miles. Additional fees may also apply if desired shooting location requires additional charges.
• Outfit changes are client’s responsibility.  Some locations may not have designated changing area.

** A professional makeup artist of photographer’s choice may be provided at an additional charge.  The minimum fee is $45.00, but may be higher due to availability, notice and cost of retaining the chosen professional makeup artist(s). ** 

 

All final images will be placed in an online gallery for up to 2 weeks. They will then be taken down and stored for an additional 90 days for reprints and additional orders. After that time frame, all images are subject to be deleted at any time.
